We undertake inspections of retail, office and warehouse properties and advise upon refurbishment opportunities and requirements to comply with current regulations governing the work place. We prepare specifications of work and contract documentation and obtain tender costs for the works from building contractors. We supervise the works through to completion and ensure that the final costs of the project are maintained within set budgets.
